Room Tariff & Key Card Info
When you arrive at Cabana Affair, we want everything to be smooth and easy. Your room rate covers just the room, so please double-check your bill to make sure it’s correct. You’ll get your key card at reception – each guest gets one, so keep it handy throughout your stay. When it’s time to say goodbye, don’t forget to return your key card to the front desk. Misplaced it? No worries, we’ll just need to charge a small fee for a replacement.
Check-In & Check-Out Made Simple
Checking in at Cabana Affair is a breeze. Just remember to bring a valid ID for everyone in your party, including the one who made the booking. Our check-in starts at 2:00 pm, and we ask that you check out by 12:00 noon. Need a little extra time? If available, we offer late check-outs until 4:00 pm for half the daily room rate, and after 6:00 pm, we’ll need to charge for a full day. Late check-outs depend on room availability, so just ask!
Arriving Early? No Problem!
Planning to get here before our check-in time? You can request an early check-in when you book or by giving us a call. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but it depends on availability. If you’re arriving super early (before 8:00 am), we’ll need to charge for the full day, as we’ll be holding the room from the night before.
Visitor Policy
We’re all about keeping things safe and private here at Cabana Affair. That’s why we ask that visitors meet you in our public areas like the gazebo or restaurant. For everyone’s security, visitors aren’t allowed in guest rooms or room areas. Also, please note that visitors aren’t permitted between 11:30 pm and 7:00 am. If someone ends up staying without letting us know, there’s a ₹2,500 plus tax fee for each unauthorized person.
Room Occupancy & Kids Stay Free!
Each of our rooms can comfortably host up to three people. Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to welcome one child under 12 years old to stay for free with their parents, as long as no extra bed is needed. If your child is over 12, they’re considered an adult for room purposes. Need an extra bed? We can set that up for a small fee – just let us know at check-in, and don’t forget to bring proof of age.
Payment & Long Stays
To make sure your stay is secure, we ask for full payment when you check in. If you’re planning to stay with us for more than five nights, we kindly request that you settle your balance every five nights. Just a heads up – if there are any unpaid charges, we might need to deactivate your key card until everything’s cleared up.
Keeping Your Room Cozy
We want your room to feel like home, but to keep things in tip-top shape, we ask that you avoid using nails, screws, or tape on the walls or surfaces. Please, no extra furniture or items like candles, incense, or cooking appliances – they’re not allowed for safety reasons.
Dining at Cabana Affair
We’re excited for you to try our in-house dining! Just a quick note – please refrain from bringing outside food, beverages, or alcohol into our restaurant or resort areas. We’ve got everything you need right here.
Conserving Water & Electricity
At Cabana Affair, we’re all about sustainability. Help us out by turning off lights, fans, and electronics when you’re not using them or when you leave the room. Please avoid washing clothes in the room, too. We change linens and towels every other day to save water, but if you need a fresh set sooner, just let us know at the reception.
Your Safety Comes First
Your safety is our top priority. Bringing illegal substances, drugs, or weapons onto the property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund. If necessary, we may share guest information with law enforcement. To keep everyone safe, we also ask that you allow our security staff to check your bags when you arrive and depart.
Party Smart & Keep It Down
We love celebrations, but we also value peace and quiet. Please keep noise levels down, especially after 10:00 pm. Loud parties, conversations, and music aren’t allowed in common areas, gardens, parking lots, or outside the resort after 10:00 pm. If we get noise complaints, we follow a three-strike policy:
- First Incident: We’ll give you a friendly verbal warning.
- Second Incident: Another warning and a fine.
- Third Incident: Unfortunately, we’ll have to ask you to check out immediately, without a refund.
Smoking Policy
We kindly ask that you smoke only in designated areas. Beedis, hookahs, sheeshas, and e-cigarettes are also included in this policy. If you’re found smoking in non-designated areas, a fine of ₹1,000 will apply.
Amendment & Cancellation Guidelines
Plans change – we get it. To avoid cancellation fees, please amend or cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your arrival. If you cancel within 48 hours, we’ll need to charge for one night. During peak seasons, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. For group bookings of three or more rooms, full payment is required to confirm your stay. If you check out early, the full duration of your booking will be charged.
Looking After Your Belongings
We recommend locking your room securely when you leave or go to bed. While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items that aren’t entrusted to management, we do provide private lockers in each room for your valuables.
Government Regulations
We kindly ask all guests to follow the relevant government regulations in India, including those concerning registration, alcoholic beverages, and firearms.
Parking
Please park your vehicle responsibly in the designated parking areas.
Right of Admission
Cabana Affair is private property, and we reserve the right to refuse admission or ask any guest to leave if they’re causing a disturbance, threatening the safety of others, or violating hotel policies.
Updates to Our Policies
We may update or change our terms, conditions, and rules at any time. We’ll keep you informed of any changes.
